something I got out of the training.
I'll be using this to help people build businesses
down the road. It's the new and improved perfect
niche finder that I've discussed in previous emails.
This is going to be really cool... so make sure to
follow along!
- Find a niche phrase you can get some good
traffic in quickly. - Plug into Google's new long-tail keywords
tool to find out what people are looking for
in this niche (example: trout fishing)
[In the case of limited results, find another
niche! example: jackson rhoads guitar,
Steven's old niche, didn't turn out hardly
any results... showing us that people will
either buy the guitar off his website or they
won't. Not much to use there!]
In the example trout fishing, I see that,
among many other things, people are
looking for tips, on the lake, bait / lures,
gear, secrets, and other things. - Write a quick report that you 'value' at $27.00
using all the most desired words THEY used
IN THE TITLE and offer to give them this
report for free if they fill out a *survey* (*key*)
"Discover The Secrets & Tips The Pros Use
When It Comes To Choosing Bait, Lures,
And Gear For Trout Fishing On A Lake."
The idea here is that there will be a lot of
people looking *exactly* for that information,
even though what we really want is better
market research, which we get from the survey. - In the survey, ask critical questions for
cracking the market:- What's been your biggest frustration
with trout fishing? - What's the 1 thing you want to know
the most about trout fishing that you
just can't find anywhere else? - What have you bought so far to aid
in your trout fishing? - etc... haven't done enough research on
exactly what to ask but you get the idea.
- What's been your biggest frustration
- Analyze the survey results, grouping the most
common outcries together. What do people
have in common? What's everyone looking for? - Make a sales funnel for a product that addresses
exactly all their biggest concerns. Try to get the
biggest, most common desires into the title of
your product and it will practically sell itself. My
biggest take away from this marketing course...
The core nature of selling is listening. There's a
$500 course summed up into 1 sentence for you.
And that's what I'm doing with this new sleep guide --
copying the best books that have already figured
out what insomniacs need to hear and when they
need to hear it so I can guide them to their product
smoothly as any sleep doctor would.
