How to Crack Any Market

The Business Building Blitz has ended... this is
something I got out of the training.

I'll be using this to help people build businesses
down the road. It's the new and improved perfect
niche finder that I've discussed in previous emails.

This is going to be really cool... so make sure to
follow along!
  1. Find a niche phrase you can get some good
    traffic in quickly.

  2. Plug into Google's new long-tail keywords
    tool
to find out what people are looking for
in this niche (example: trout fishing)

[In the case of limited results, find another
    niche! example: jackson rhoads guitar,
Steven's old niche, didn't turn out hardly
any results... showing us that people will
either buy the guitar off his website or they
won't. Not much to use there!]

In the example trout fishing, I see that,
among many other things, people are
looking for tips, on the lake, bait / lures,
    gear, secrets, and other things.

  3. Write a quick report that you 'value' at $27.00
using all the most desired words THEY used
IN THE TITLE and offer to give them this
report for free if they fill out a *survey* (*key*)

"Discover The Secrets & Tips The Pros Use
When It Comes To Choosing Bait, Lures,
And Gear For Trout Fishing On A Lake."

The idea here is that there will be a lot of
people looking *exactly* for that information,
even though what we really want is better
market research, which we get from the survey.

  4. In the survey, ask critical questions for
    cracking the market:
    • What's been your biggest frustration
      with trout fishing?
    • What's the 1 thing you want to know
the most about trout fishing that you
      just can't find anywhere else?
    • What have you bought so far to aid
      in your trout fishing?
    • etc... haven't done enough research on
exactly what to ask but you get the idea.

  5. Analyze the survey results, grouping the most
common outcries together. What do people
have in common? What's everyone looking for?

  6. Make a sales funnel for a product that addresses
exactly all their biggest concerns. Try to get the
biggest, most common desires into the title of
your product and it will practically sell itself. My
biggest take away from this marketing course...

The core nature of selling is listening. There's a
$500 course summed up into 1 sentence for you.
And that's what I'm doing with this new sleep guide --
copying the best books that have already figured
out what insomniacs need to hear and when they
need to hear it so I can guide them to their product
smoothly as any sleep doctor would.

Real Keyword Research (Best Start Strategy for Finding Keywords)

  1. Click on a google ad for your market.
  2. Copy the URL of the page it brings you to.
  3. Put the URL into https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
  4. It gives you all keyword ideas AND categories.
  5. Repeat for all google ads you can find. Some
    should have many, many keywords.
  6. Compile into one list.
  7. Optional: Remove duplicates (use Data -> Filter in excel / calc, ask me if you need help)
This will give you a long list, preferable in sections
of relevance, that will make it easy to do the rest
of your keyword research, as it cuts out the guess-
work in the beginning... instead starting you off
with a huge list of all the likely-successful
keyword combinations so you can find more
keywords easily and effectively from there.

So What's Better Than The PERFECT NICHE?

First it was the thirty day challenge, then came the idea of doing a perfect version of the thirty day challenge, and now comes the next stage in this growingly promising opportunity for anyone to make money online...

The Internet Entrepreneur Method.

Not just finding a niche... finding a niche that has existing supply and demand with the perfect 30 day challenge opportunity. Virtually copy and pasting ideas that already have proven to work into your own store that gets lots of free traffic from Google (because their store isn't doing it!)

Now this will be long in development, but my Dad is making some breakthroughs with a MUCH more legit way of making money online. He's eliminating TONS of the current risks.

It's basically like this:

  1. You find an "umbrella" keyword phrase, something that is highly searched but low competition and has a bunch of long tail keywords you can associate with it (for example "low cal fruit" could have "low cal oranges"... as a long tail, less searched keyword... if that made any sense and the data were right.)

  2. You find wholesalers for that product using the new system that connects wholesalers to buyers (it's new because this never existed before the decade / the internet! This is a HUGE deal about the kind of opportunities available to the public.) This is how you not only know you have something to sell, but you have the lowest prices in town.

  3. You find a product or products and start selling using whatever S.E.O. technique will work the best for the market.
More on this strategy will develop over the next 6 months, but it's nothing to jump on -- you must have a registered business and tax number to participate, so it's hundreds of dollars and a bit of work to get started... but this opportunity will be disappearing faster and faster over the next 5 - 10 years and as I become more successful I'll be able to help people try this out.

When huge sites like nextag have smart ads that use google technology, you know that...

Those guitars are all Jackson's sub-brand Randy Rhoads, a keyword (Randy Rhoads guitar) I keep searching to check where Steven's randyrhoadsguitar.com blog shows up (right now it's at #3 & 4 just below image & video results.)

Need a Sales Letter?

Looking at the copy writing guide on this website with my new knowledge of sales copy, I've got to say, it's pretty weak... but good for the beginner.

If you need a full on, preconstructed sales letter, I have them for just about anything. All you have to do is fill in what it tells you to fill in and PRESTO! You've got a sales letter that will probably convert well.

As for the guide on this website, it's my intent to teach a full system of how to write sales copy eventually, but it's going to be a while before I can tie it altogether. What Makes Sales is a very complex thing to model.

Offline Gmail

New in Labs: Offline Gmail
Tuesday, January 27, 2009 4:00 PM
Posted by Andy Palay, Gmail engineer

Web-based email is great because you can check it from any computer, but there's one little catch: it's inherently limited by your internet connection. From public WiFi to smartphones equipped with 3G, from mobile broadband cards to fledgling in-flight wireless on airplanes, Internet access is becoming more and more ubiquitous -- but there are still times when you can't access your webmail because of an unreliable or unavailable connection.

Today we're starting to roll out an experimental feature in Gmail Labs that should help fill in those gaps: offline Gmail. So even if you're offline, you can open your web browser, go to gmail.com, and get to your mail just like you're used to.

Once you turn on this feature, Gmail uses Gears to download a local cache of your mail. As long as you're connected to the network, that cache is synchronized with Gmail's servers. When you lose your connection, Gmail automatically switches to offline mode, and uses the data stored on your computer's hard drive instead of the information sent across the network. You can read messages, star and label them, and do all of the things you're used to doing while reading your webmail online. Any messages you send while offline will be placed in your outbox and automatically sent the next time Gmail detects a connection. And if you're on an unreliable or slow connection (like when you're "borrowing" your neighbor's wireless), you can choose to use "flaky connection mode," which is somewhere in between: it uses the local cache as if you were disconnected, but still synchronizes your mail with the server in the background. Our goal is to provide nearly the same browser-based Gmail experience whether you're using the data cached on your computer or talking directly to the server.

Answer to Everything (Linear Coaching)

For everything that exists, there is cause and effect. For all your problems, there is cause and effect.

THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS "YOU ARE NOT AT CAUSE IN THIS AREA" (you are at reaction [effect])

The SOLUTION has to do with "Becoming at Cause": This sets a framework for building a solution if you make the area and the requirements distinct

I'm going to use this from now on to answer people's complaints, problems, frustrations, and everything else feminine. They keep asking, I keep answering. Very linear, helps me to stop coaching when I really need to shut it.

You Need to Watch This...

Seriously, what did this take? Do you see how easy it is? Do you see how you could create ideas, mastermind with people, etc etc just by sending out an EMAIL? Do you see that you could send out 10 emails that laid out a basic thing like gary did and you'd get probably 5 responses back and from there anything could happen?

This is "how to grab affiliation"... and the developing social networking challenge has just taken another large step. Thank you Gary.

Success Guarenteed

I am happy to be able to make this announcement to the future: My success is now officially guaranteed. I will, without a doubt, be bringing in $50,000 a month within a few years.

I predicted that I'd start making money online, and that one came true, but that was out of pure commitment to the task. This prediction includes that, but is also more solid...

The three reasons my success is GUARANTEED:
  1. Obviously, my level of commitment is there. If I lose it, I lose my guarentee.
  2. My conversion system will use split-testing to continuously improve, so even if I don't yield profit from PPC right away, I can send free traffic at it to improve conversion ratios.
  3. The vault provides me with endless traffic sources. I'm downloading gigs and gigs from the vault's Net:Traffic search, just in case I can't get at that information later.
If you feel trapped, I will free you soon enough! Help me speed things along if you want to hear freedom ring just a little bit sooner...

In it

This is a flow of consciousness for those of you who want to win.

Get into it. Be in it. Make it yours. Live there. Wrap everything you've learned around your brain. Innovate. Do stuff your completely unsure of as soon as you feel unsure. Experiment.

THIS IS NOT "YOU GOING TO WORK" -- You can't see something that's not a job as a job.

THIS IS NOT!!!!!!!!!! ABOUT MONEY. This is about how much money, your greatness, the achievements you could make. This is about you jumping off a cliff. Vision ahead of how much you want to earn, and build an empire around how, why, with what, who, where, when.

Buy a notebook just for that goal alone, even if you never use it.

Write down the words that emotionally charge you. Use them. Build grand definitions around them to the point that the words mean something different to you that they don't mean to anyone else. BUILD SYMBOLS.

GIVE THINGS SIGNIFICANCE. Be there. Be in it. Paint it, draw it, write it, sing it, dance it, make it, design it. Do it however YOU would. Design the time in front of you, the goals, the dreams...

PUT IT ALL TOGETHER. And then take it apart again. Build your own reality around it.

And most importantly.... for everything you put in, get something back. Working hours on end for MONEY ALONE won't work - it takes too long to get money for your effort. Instead, you've got to enjoy the effort you put in, because when you REALLY enjoy what you are doing, you get more back every time you put effort in; example: Almost any game you've ever played.

So what I'm saying is, make it into a game. I've found that some of the most valuable time I've spent working was just hours of deep thought about what I was really doing. Great tactic for when you're too lazy to work.

It's about the castle that the words represent: Why INTROVERSE PWNS FACE

This was written to alex. I challenge you to explore the significance of this deeply.

here's an idea for you
over the winter semester, do some serious work on your whole deal here without DOING anything. what i mean is, spend a month developing a SPECIFIC mindset for how you want to do things, even if you don't know what the variables are. try to keep it open enough to explore many options but specific enough to be an overall gameplan
like networking leverage mindset, lol
but just those words dont mean anything
it's how much you've constructed the castle that they represent
